Upgrade Your Clubs For Better Performance!!

It is estimated by the PGA that Ninety Percent of Amateur Golfers play with the wrong equipment.
Having clubs that are specifically fit to your height and swing will help you hit the ball farther, straighter and more consistently.
If the clubs you're currently using are inappropriate for your swing, an array of errant shots may arise.
The wrong shaft flex, length or weight will cause lack of distance, hooks or slices.
Playing with the wrong Iron Lie angle will effect your balls launch and cause pulls or pushes.
No matter what your skill level, correctly fitting clubs will allow you to play better golf.

Adjust the Loft & Lie of your Irons

The Loft Angle of a club determines the Launch Angle of the ball flight.  It is the determining factor of distance (yardage).  Generally each club from 3 iron to Wedges decreases Three to Four degrees in Loft Angle from club to club. We can adjust the Loft Angle of your irons to fine tune them to your game.  Need a few More or Less yards from an Iron.  A Loft Angle adjustment can accomplish that goal.

Lie Angle - The sole of the Iron or Wedge should impact the ground directly in the center of the club during a golf shot.  If the Toe or Heel hits the ground that can cause the shot to go Right or Left of Target.  There are two ways to measure an Irons Lie.  The generic option is to use your Height and Wrist-to-Floor measurements and is not accurate.  We use a Dynamic Lie Test by having you hit Irons on a Lie Board.  The Lie Board “marks” the sole of your clubs indicating where the club impacts the ground (Toe, Heel or Center). Using this test we can accurately adjust your Irons and Wedges to the correct Lie Setting
.

Change the SwingWeight of Irons, Driver, Woods, Hybrids or Putter

Auditor Swingweight Scale 3

Swingweight is important as each iron should have the same “feel”.  This is important as it makes your Irons feel consistent from club to club. The exceptions are your Wedges which are heavier in succession from PW through LW. If your clubs Swingweights do not match, they will not have the same “feel” during your swing.
The SwingWeight of clubs can be adjusted to make your clubs heads feel lighter or heavier.  Weight can be added or removed from the head or butt of the shaft (grip end) to adjust the SwingWeight of the club.

Install the Correct Grips

The grip is an important component of the golf club as it is the only part of the club that you touch during a swing.
Grips are made of materials that age and wear as a function of time and use. Heat, dirt and oils from your hands as well as the elements age your grips.
The traction that a fresh grip provides lets you hold the club with the proper grip pressure without the subconscious fear of losing the club during a swing.  This relaxed state promotes proper swing mechanics and wrist action.  A worn grip causes you to grasp the club tighter, causing arm and wrist tension that inhibits proper swing mechanics and leads to a loss of power and control.
We offer a large selection of grips in all styles and sizes (Standard, Mid-size, Oversize and Jumbo).
